Project Activities and Methodology

In order to achieve the aims of the project, the implementation will carried out in stages referred to as Work Packages (WP).

• WP1: design and implement the Blended Learning course for teacher educators which consists of 10 pedagogical training modules and one face-to-face training
• WP2: analyse technological and pedagogical teacher educators needs and competencies through a questionnaire and 10 educational technological training modules;
• WP3: build and animate a community of reflective teacher educators through e Portfolio, video sharing and online discussion (with a specific training for online tutors);
• WP4: sharing best practices and produce scenarios about innovative teaching practices (with a specific training for online tutors);
• WP5: work on a common draft of teacher training curriculum and pilot the implementation of draft curriculum design framework (with a specific training for online tutors);
• WP6:  monitor and revise project to ensure quality
• WP7: use various suitable dissemination channels and means for ensuring sustainability and multiplication of the achieved results.
