Registration Terms and Condition

The conference registration per participant is as follows:

  • Conference fee - Please refer to the Registration Fee Rate table
  • For student registration, please submit a letter from your institution confirming your student status.
  • Last day of registration and payment is 15 October 2013.
  • Registration fee includes bag, name tag, programme book, souvenir (pen), note book and certificate of attendance. The fee does not include accommodation.

Payment Method
The payment can be made by one of the following methods:

  1. Cheque/bank draft to be issued in favour of “Persatuan Perkembangan Profesionalisme Pendidikan Sarawak (PROFES)� and sent to The iCoTLG 2013 Secretariat.
  2. Direct bank-in/Telegraphic transfer to account as follows:

  1. Please send the bank-in slip to The iCoTLG 2013 Secretariat via email, fax or post and to state the participant(s) name and ‘iCoTLG 2013‘ on the slip. 

Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of registration is only upon full payment of registration fee. The iCoTLG 2013 Secretariat will notify registrants on registration confirmation by email, fax or post according to details provided in the registration form. If you do not receive the registration confirmation two weeks after submitting your registration form and payment, please contact the iCoTLG 2013 Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
There is no refund for cancellation of registration. If you are unable to attend the conference, please submit the replacement name and contact detail in writing at least 5 working days prior to the conference via fax, email or post to The iCoTLG 2013 Secretariat.

Disclaimer
The organizers (PROFES and Teacher Education Institute Batu Lintang Campus) reserves the right to amend or change the programme, venue or speakers, or cancel the conference. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees paid will be refunded. No further claims shall be entertained.
