An estimated number of 300 local and international participants among the following will attend this event:

1. TGfU : Officers from Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE), Ministry of Youth and Sports, Majlis Sukan Negara and Negeri, School Physical Education teachers, School Sports teachers, School Cocurricular Teacher Advisors, Sports Trainers, Sports academician from Public and Private Institution of Higher Learning, lecturers from IPG KPM and preservice teachers from Teacher Education Institute (TEI/IPG)MOE and members of PROFES
