About PROFES

The Sarawak Association for Development of Professionalism in Education (PROFES) was established in 1998 and currently has 222 life-long members. PROFES has its aim to improve the level of professionalism among educators in Malaysia generally and in Sarawak specifically. With its motto "Towards Continuous Professionalism Development", PROFES had and currently implement activities to develop continuously educators' professionalism through programmes, such as, publication of journals and books, intelectual discourse and training of knowledge and skills related to education.
